1. Refund Eligibility

At Deleure, we are committed to providing exceptional indoor picnics, room decoration services, and floral arrangements. We understand that circumstances may require adjustments to bookings. Our refund policy is designed to accommodate reasonable refund requests.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Indoor Picnics:

Cancellations made at least [30] days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within [15] days of the event may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee plus cost of materials if special items were requested.

Last-minute cancellations made within [72] hours of the event may not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Room Decoration Services:

Cancellations made at least [30] days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within [15] days of the service date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee plus cost of materials purchased if special items were requested.

Last-minute cancellations made within [72] hours of the service may not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Floral Arrangements:

Cancellations made at least [5] days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within [3] days of the delivery or pickup date may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Last-minute cancellations made within [48] hours of the delivery or pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

4. Exceptional Circumstances
